Return policy

General return conditions are as follows;


• Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

• Products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (eg: the shipping label is affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape), which has lost its resaleability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted for return.

•You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) together with the product you want to return.

• For products that may have incompatibility problems in product selection, you should definitely order by receiving technical support for compatibility. When the original packaging of this type of product is opened, it is not possible to return it. (Ex: pressure cooker rubbers, pressure cooker handles, handles, vacuum filters, dust bags, pressure cooker clocks, etc.)


The return of the products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused.


• Non-refundable products,

• Products produced or modified in line with the special requests and demands of the consumer,

• Being a hygienic product,

• Health products and accessories. (shaver, epilator, thermometer etc.)

• The product has lost its suitability for resale,

• Expiration of the 14-day Right of Withdrawal period,

• The packaging is damaged, there are scratches on the product, etc.


Returns of products in this condition cannot be accepted.

Returns ProcessesThe incoming product is inspected by our technical service staff. This process is completed within 3 working days at the latest. If the above conditions are met, the return process is initiated.

When the return transaction is approved, the refund fee is sent to you by credit card/debit card or money order method, depending on the transaction type.
